Construction Company Website Design and Development for Luxon
Luxon Construction had no site to show its work. We designed and built a conversion-focused marketing website on Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with a project gallery and inquiry forms, and launched it in six weeks.

About Luxon Construction
Luxon Construction is a construction and real estate firm founded in 2015. It needed a professional site to present completed projects, build trust with prospects and attract high-ticket clients.

No Shop Window for the Work
Luxon had no professional online presence. Prospects could not view past projects or judge the firm's capability before making contact, so enquiries came only through referral.
For a high-ticket construction buyer, proof is visual. Without project photography, service detail and a clear way to enquire, the firm was invisible to anyone searching for a contractor online.
Challenges Faced
Creating a professional website that builds trust and showcases construction projects effectively.
Project Showcase
Construction work is judged on finish quality. The gallery had to carry large project photography without slowing the page, so images are optimised and lazy-loaded.
Conversion Optimization
Visitors arrive to browse, not to fill forms. Calls to action sit at the end of every section, and the inquiry form emails the team the moment it is submitted.
SEO & Visibility
The site had to rank for local construction searches from launch. Meta tags, structured data and a crawlable page structure were built in rather than retrofitted.
Mobile Experience
Most construction site traffic is mobile. The layout, gallery and forms were designed at mobile width first, then scaled up to desktop.
Our Development Roadmap
Six weeks, four phases, from discovery to live site.
Discovery & Strategy
Defined business goals, the target buyer and the competitor landscape, then set the page structure around the services and projects that win work.
Design in Figma
Produced high-fidelity designs in Figma with a professional visual tone and conversion points placed through every page.
Development
Built the site in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with image optimisation, meta tags and structured data included in the build.
Launch
Deployed to Firebase Hosting, connected analytics and went live with tracking on every inquiry form.
