About ENRG
ENRG is a membership platform for professional referral networks, founded in 2020. Chapter leaders use it to run groups, log referrals between members and schedule mastermind sessions.
The Cost of Manual Coordination
ENRG ran its chapters on email threads, shared spreadsheets and WhatsApp. A referral passed in a meeting had no owner, no status and no record. Chapter leaders spent hours a week chasing outcomes nobody had logged.
The gap was structural. Referrals, members and sessions lived in three unconnected places, so nobody could prove whether the network was working.

Group Management Complexity
Every chapter sets its own membership rules, seat limits and approval steps. We built a permission model where chapter admins control their own group without a platform admin in the loop.
Referral Attribution
A referral has two sides and a result. We modelled each one as a record with a giver, a receiver, a status and a close date, so a chapter can report what its network actually produced.
Mastermind Coordination
Sessions span chapters and time zones. Times are stored in UTC and rendered locally, with calendar invites and reminders sent automatically on confirmation.
Engagement & Notifications
Members left groups over inbox noise. Notifications are scoped by chapter, role and referral involvement, with per-member frequency controls.

Discovery & Planning
