Sudoku App Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the mobile application "Sudoku – Number Brain Puzzle"(the "App") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Sudoku App Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install, access, or use the App.

2. Provider and governing law

The App is provided by Divtechnosoft ("we", "us" or "our"), based in Gujarat, India. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

The App is intended for general audiences. By using the App you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or related services.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or technical protection measures.

4. License and intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non‑commercial use.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App (including but not limited to code, design, graphics, text, and content) are owned by or licensed to Divtechnosoft and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

5. In‑app advertising

The App is currently offered free of charge and is supported by advertising. Ads are delivered via third‑party providers, including Google AdMob. Your use of the App may therefore be subject to these providers' terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the content of third‑party ads or any third‑party websites or services that may be reached via ads displayed in the App.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divtechnosoft and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent that we may be liable under applicable law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the App and these Terms will in no event exceed the amount (if any) you paid to us to use the App, which is currently offered free of charge.

9. Termination and suspension

We may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the App, or any part of it, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or if we decide to discontinue the App.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the App and remove it from your devices.

10. Changes to the App and these Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
